Listen to storm, yes? The Stormwright's Shelf echoes with ancient song.... the Song of Wind and Water.

The great tempest devours the sons of typhoons and storms. Take this drum and play his song... play Haiphoon's song.

Help him feed on wind and water so tempest can continue.
